Your order is confirmed only after the full payment unless stated otherwise. After the payment, you will receive an electronic receipt that may land in your junk or clutter folder. Check the receipt and in case of any mistakes, email us at hello@rachelscakedelights.co.uk immediately.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
You can request changes in your order. However, late requests cannot be entertained. There may be extra charges for requested changes.
ALTERATIONS TO ORDERS
Your cake is very important to us. Please take the time to check your copy of the order form/online booking carefully and let us know within three days if changes are needed. It is your responsibility to advise Rachel’s Cake Delights of any alterations to the original order. Rachel’s Cake Delights reserves the right to increase to increase a quoted fee in the event that the Customer requests a variation to the work agreed. Whilst every effort will be made to assist Customers, please note that late changes cannot always be guaranteed.
COPYRIGHT
Please note that no person shall have an entitlement to copy or reproduce in any form, or otherwise make use of any image, photograph, design or other document or item produced by or on behalf of Rachel’s Cake Delights without the prior written consent of Rachel’s Cake Delights.
PUBLICATIONS AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS
By signing the Order Form and Customer agrees that Rachel’s Cake Delights is the sole designer and owner of the final cake design. All rights in any original designs created and designed by Rachel’s Cake Delights shall remain the exclusive property of Rachel’s Cake Delights. We reserve the right to use any image of a Customer’s cake made by Rachel’s Cake Delights for publication after the delivery date unless previously agreed in writing between Customer and Rachel’s Cake Delights. The Customer has no ownership rights over any cake design. Exclusivity of cake designs between our Customers is not guaranteed unless the Customer Commissions an exclusive design.
ALLERGIES
Please be aware that whilst your chosen cake may not be made with gluten or any gluten-containing products, it will be prepared in a kitchen where gluten products may be used. Raw materials used may not be free from wheat/gluten. Allergy information is provided with all cake orders.
AGREEMENT
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Rachel’s Cake Delights to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
Rachel’s Cake Delights reserves the right to decline ANY orders if they are not in keeping with the company’s standards. Management’s decision is FINAL.
DELIVERY
Make sure you provide a valid address and contact number to ensure a timely delivery. Rachel’s Cake Delights will take no responsibility if the address or contact information provided is incorrect. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone to accept the delivery at the given address.
QUALITY
All our orders are fresh and hand-made in batches. It may result in a slight change of appearance as compared to pictures. There may be slight changes in a batch as well.
CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS
We make all our orders to perfection. In case of an error, Rachel’s Cake Delights will not take responsibility for consequential costs caused in deliveries. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel and refund your order, it is only possible if you inform at least 48 hours before the delivery time. In other cases, refund depends entirely on the decision taken by Rachel’s Cake Delights.
PRICE CHANGES
Rachel’s Cake Delights has the right to make price changes without any notice. However, new prices are not applicable for orders confirmed prior to the date of price change.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We aim for ultimate customer satisfaction. For this reason, Rachel’s Cake Delights has certain controls to ensure the highest quality products are made. Before any order is shipped out, it is checked to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
