The Rise and Demand for Vegan and Gluten-Free Cakes, Tray Bakes and Treats

Let’s face it, there’s nothing quite like the indulgence of your favourite cake.  Life can be demanding at the best of times and taking those moments to spoil yourself a little are often what keep us going!  And when it comes to cakes, why should the non-vegans and the gluten-tolerant have all of the fun?
